it makes a high pitched annoying noise, not sure what it says

My panda seems to be working fine after my son has been playing with it for a week. Yes, he makes an annoying high pitched noise, I don't know what he's talking about. Also, don't put coins in more than a quarter. My son put a half dollar coin in it and it gets stuck. But he likes to play with her.
