This bracelet is pretty damn sturdy. When wet, it begins to deteriorate. Fastening the strap you can see that it is not of very good quality as it is very stiff. The band itself may be too thick, causing installation problems. My recommendation is not to buy. I bought a canvas strap and it's like new!
