Strong salon odor in hair masks

I've tried a TON of types of shampoos and conditioners that have more natural ingredients (free from parabens, sulfates, silicones, etc.) and Aquableu comes out on top on my very short list of favorites. It actually lathers well and the conditioner moisturizes and smooths my long, fine hair without weighing it down. In my photo, my hair is freshly air dried and has no other products on it. It's hard to capture in a photo but in person my hair is very light, shiny, bouncy and very soft after using it. Before that I've been using Aquableu Sweet Orange Vanilla Shampoo and Conditioner for the past few months and I like the smell of this one better. Almost like cream. This argan shampoo and conditioner smells a lot more than a salon shampoo which I don't usually prefer. It's very strong and the smell lasts for days, I can smell it very strongly every time I move my head. My husband thinks it smells like eucalyptus but to be honest I don't know what it smells like so can't say for sure. I just know it's powerful. I think you can get used to it, but I'd like it lighter, more fruity. It's just my personal preference. I think my hair is even softer and bouncier using this version than the orange-vanilla version (although I'm also happy with the amount of hair I get with this version - this one is just one slight improvement). So I'm torn. I don't think I'll have any problems using the product I have, but I can go with a different flavored version that I prefer. Time will tell if I can get used to it. But overall I am happy with this shampoo and conditioner set! The ingredient list makes me happy to use this AND my hair looks amazing. If you can handle a strong salon scent I would definitely recommend this. If not, I'd try the orange-vanilla version (the smell is great, but too strong and short-lived - I don't smell it at all after drying my hair, so that's extra good). for odor-sensitive people).
