We recently bought this for our 3 year old son who will be 4 in October and is using it for early developmental classes. It's about the size of my husband's waist, 5'8" and weighs about 25 pounds. It fits him perfectly as we adjusted the straps to fit him and he can carry it unaided and needs help to take it off.It's light weight and not as big as the oversized.As for capacity, I was able to fit a full sleeve of pull ups, 2 towels and a change of clothes in the zippered pocket before it got stuffed. Also, it fits easily in their small folders they take to and from school and is suitable for everyday use. I think this bag is well made and looks really cute in person, from the design to the color to the quality. I think her everyone is talking about how great this bag looks and feels great we are definitely very happy with this product and would recommend it to anyone looking for a bag for their toddler, friend or relative.
