I used to have another backlight kit for my TV from another company that I bought a few years ago and they are much better quality in comparison and have many more options available. The packaging was clean/organized and didn't feel cheap at all. I was really surprised that it was also the cheapest option out of all the other brands on Amazon. It only took 5 minutes or less to set up and turns on and off automatically with the monitor. I can change the flash and color settings on my phone/remote. Also, I initially had a problem with the remote control, so I emailed the company and they took care of my problem right away. The phenomenal customer service and quality is the reason I will buy from this company again should I need backlighting for my other installations in the future.
