This is a good solid product that looks great. However, I was disappointed to find that it blocks the auxiliary (headphone) jack. I'm sure most people won't use this connector once it's installed, but I really wanted to. I didn't realize it was blocked until I drilled holes for it in my concrete wall. So I had to drill a hole in the bracket which was quite difficult to fit. Also, it's extremely difficult to install a 3.5mm stranded cable because the pitch isn't big enough, so there's not much space between the Sonos and the mount. That's why I deducted 2 stars. If you don't need a jack this is a 5 star product.
