Well, right off the bat these things are meant for heavy use. High quality rubber material can withstand almost any impact you might take. What, as they say. The price is a bit high and the quantity you get in a box is a bit low, so is it enough to do a whole workout room or even enough to do mad laps or other similar workouts? You need at least 4 or 5 such orders. So they're not very efficient, but you get what you pay for.
