I usually build my own computer. This has been the case for the last 25 years. I decided to buy a computer for my 10 year old boy and I chose this one as the Asus name has been meaningful for many years. Fast delivery, good packaging, good unpacking. It turns on with the help of aura LEDs, which pleases my son's eye. and after a few hours he starts to make mistakes. First it was Wi-Fi. The connection was lost and the reason was that the network adapter was not working properly. I thought it was the driver so I went to the Realtek website for the driver. However, this model is not available on Realtek. I chose to run a long cable across the ceiling, which is a hassle, but you know, it's a lot faster than Wi-Fi. After I plugged in the LAN cable, it worked fine for a while, but the network adapter fails again. then I got angry. I went to the micro center, bought a PCI lan card and connected it to the motherboard. Guess what? Now the USB controller is not working so the system will not boot properly. Mouse and keyboard are not recognized. Don't buy this. You better build one or move on to the next.
