I bought two for my granddaughters in college. It was a little harder than expected. It looks like they liked it. It's very cute and seems like it will do the job.

Turns itself on... too bad!

As with RO above, mine turned itself on at 2:10. Scared my dog and she started howling. Pulling the pin and reinserting it didn't do anything. When I unscrewed the screws it stopped by itself.

Safety first: horns and sirens

This is a very good alarm. It's noisy and will put some people off because they'll be caught off-guard. But it's not loud enough to be heard by people in their homes with the windows closed. But I carry it with me and I feel safe.

Luckily I didn't have to use this personal alarm; However, when I tested it, I was surprised at how loud it was. I'm pretty sure it will do the job if I ever need it. Get compliments on how cute it is.

Perfect. worth $$. Flashlight, signal lamp (red/blue) and loudspeaker. It's like a great gift. No doubt this one is loud enough. It comes with a speaker cable and a charger. Perfect for my needs

Wow! It works! I tried to check the alarm clock and it pierced my ears. I hold on to this after work on my way to the parking lot and walk alone, just in case! It is good for a woman to have this because there is always someone with idle hands and evil thoughts looking for a victim. I pray for God's protection and I need to cry out for help! She came early! Buyers beware: horns and sirens

I was happy with the product and performance in terms of volume and lighting etc without pulling the pin! It was so loud it echoed through my apartment building from the outside, and because I didn't pull the pin I couldn't turn it off. I had to open it from the back and it took a SMALL SMALL screwdriver to do it. One of my neighbors came running and brought me one. Once you open it there is no way to stop it other than cutting the wires and I didn't have scissors. I had to carry it back to my…
