***Review Updated (10/26/2016)***I'm updating this review because CopperJoint contacted me to say they would refund my purchase in full (without asking). I'm sending it back.) I didn't contact CopperJoint to request a refund so this was a pleasant surprise. I definitely give them 5 stars for their customer service. 3 stars for product, 5 stars for customer service! ********** Item arrived on time with no problems. Pros: - Very light and thin but offers good knee support. Effective in relieving tendonitis. Cons: - After 1 day of use I started getting itchy rashes in the area where the elastic bands meet my thighs. Rash on both legs that has not completely disappeared after two days of not using the product. Overall I gave it 3 stars because it does what it says on the tin but I can't always wear it due to rashes. .
