Good headset if it doesn't break - QA issues

Our department bought 8 of these headsets for employees. Out of 8, 3 broke within 3 months of purchase. Almost 50% error. They were bought at different times and from different sellers. "Plus: Great headset for the price. Works well with Skype/Lync and other VoIP applications. The sound quality, both playback and recording, is good for the price. Disadvantages: Ears hurt when worn for a long time. If you work in customer service or spend hours on conference calls, consider something lighter, like the similar model from Plantronics. Also, as mentioned above, not very reliable. However, when I was (eventually) able to contact the correct Microsoft department, they replaced the faulty units very quickly when they broke. Conclusion: If it were my own money I would buy another model for the same price. either from Logitec or Plantronics, which I have had good experiences with. it said. When it's running and when it's not used for more than an hour, it's good value for money. Without quality problems it would be 4*.
