The cable is strong, not very flexible and thick. It works as intended, but the main attraction is the endings. Everything is fine with USB, there are no problems. MicroUSB, the part that connects to the phone as feared, is dangling. I have a Galaxy S6 so this may not be an issue on other phones, but for me the cable slips out with the slightest tug, which never happened with my old cable. Sometimes the connector slipped out if you moved the phone just a little bit (e.g. switching to landscape mode or turning it over in bed). It turns out that the cable I need should have a tip with small indentations as shown in the photo.
