Well I'm new to the world of flashlights and I bought an Emisar D4V2 (absolutely brilliant but that's about my battery experience): but I had a problem with my Samsung 30Q Unprotected 18650 battery charging NOT in my current 18650 charger that I have for my Streamlight 18650. I went to a gun show in rural Missouri and saw these $40 Nitecore chargers (of course they have a gun show surcharge) and they piqued my interest because of their ability to charge multiple battery types listed on the packaging. After receiving the charger it came in a nice package with a list of all the battery types he used; For my use it was important to have 18650 and 18350 compatibility. The charger is VERY nicely made with a small battery level indicator. My batteries seem to charge fairly quickly, the 18350 Windyfire I got for my short tube didn't seem to charge but when I put it in it started up fairly quickly. Although I'm new to the flashlight game. , buy good batteries and buy good chargers. Don't buy what was overpromised and unreliable, it can be dangerous for your pocket! If you need vaping, flashlights or anything else that comes with 18650, make sure you are using quality products. It's worth a few bucks more for peace of mind.
