People don't joke. Their quality is really not very good. Especially regarding the little tube that will help you make the hole. I immediately gave up because I saw how fuzzy the metal edge was. I just used it to mark where I was going to cut and then using a cutting mat and precision knife I made the X within tolerance. I can get it to work, but that doesn't take away from the fact that it's a bit overpriced. I suppose the cleats aren't that terrible but definitely far from good quality.
