Review on 📷 Zmodo Torch 360: Wireless Camera Door Light for Smart Home Garden – Outdoor, Wide Angle, Motion Alert – Silver by Matthew Bahri

I received the package a few days ago, it was very easy to set up. However, we encountered several issues: 1) The door/window sensor does not always work. Sometimes it just shows open and not closed or vice versa. Sometimes no notification at all. All 4 sensors have the same problems. Not sure if the pivot hub's response time is too slow or the sensors are faulty. 2) Nothing can be heard from the speaker. The microphone is loud, but nothing can be heard from the speaker. Communication will be one-way only, not two-way. 3) The movement of the camera in the specified direction is very slow. Most of the time, the camera only picks up people leaving the picture, not entering. I'll try to debug more and update here if there's any progress. I have high hopes but now I'm thinking about returning it. :-(Update 8/12 Now my Pivot can't connect to Wi-Fi at all. Try removing the device from the phone app and adding the device again to start the process. No luck. Try , rebooting a few times and reconnecting still not working It's been working less than 5 days and now it doesn't work at all Very disappointed I'll wait a day and try again If it still doesn't work I'll be back Update 8/16 One more try before returning Still can't connect to wifi despite many attempts to reinstall zmodo app and reset pivot settings Contact tech support and leave one a few days ago Message but no feedback yet.
