Printer won't print if Windows 10 is not installed
Hello, I bought this printer yesterday and tried to install it, but from the start I got an error saying a critical error has occurred , contact technical support. I was told that this printer does not work on Windows 8.1, I had to buy Windows 10 Home, the tech support told me that they can download the OS via remote install, the price of Windows 10 Home was $199.00, so I had to buy this before this printer will work, information about this issue must be given in the printer specs.
