Buy gray pair for fatter don't choose big size
Medium size seems big to XL so take 1 less if you don't like big and loose like me. But the gray pairs I bought are thicker than the black ones, if that makes sense. I have 2 gray pairs that I love, I have a black pair that is thinner.
