Cat didn't mind walking on it

I bought these to keep my kitty off kitchen countertops. My kitty was ready to walk on it. He aimed for the gaps between the spikes, but he didn't mind being right on top of the spikes either.

Hasn't worked for several days

A stray cat in our area has just gotten used to these rugs. The first time the cat jumped on it, it could be recognized by the high-pitched scream. A few days later we found him sleeping on it every morning. In addition, the mats have warped slightly, possibly due to sun and/or moisture. I wouldn't recommend it for outdoor use.

Better than a vibrating collar for my purpose.

Our kitty finds it fun to climb on the lamps on our bedside tables. Now that she's used to it, she can walk on it carefully, but gone are the days of running at full speed and dropping those big lamps on the ground. Thanks to the carpeting and the lampshades, they are only bent, not broken. You can crop them to overlap so they can be placed anywhere. With a tiny piece of double-sided tape in the corners, it doesn't knock them off. I take them off every two weeks when the cleaning lady comes and

Useful! Exactly what I needed!

Bought new sofas with electric recliner. My cat has decided she likes to sleep under it. One day I started leaning back and she started screaming! Terrible panic for both of us! Luckily she wasn't hurt, just scared, and her fur must have been plucked or pinched or something. I bought it to put under the sofas so it doesn't stay there (because of course it would go right back there). They fit perfectly under the sofas and keep them out there! That's exactly what I wanted. I could shorten them if

Simple and effective

These little plastic mats are very easy and cheap to use, but they work well. Although they seem a bit overpriced for what they are. There is something similar in the supermarket for €10. However, since I don't have to leave the house, the $20 I paid for the 8-pack was worth it. have more weight and are less likely to slide off the surface. Either that or add a non-slip, durable layer on the bottom. I know rugs have small screw holes around the edges, but if I'm trying to protect the surface…

Not just for cats! on Cats

I know it sounds weird but I actually bought these to attach to part of the top of an outdoor gazebo. The top of the gazebo is fairly close to the back porch roof and I had a lot of problems last summer with raccoons climbing onto the gazebo's supports and then climbing onto the porch roof where they continued to wreak havoc (destructive little creatures! ). When I received the scat mats I was surprised that they felt a bit thin. But the dots were sharp enough, so I decided to take a risk. As…

I think it works best in repellent and training products

I bought these to prevent my neighbor's cats from sleeping and peeing on patio furniture. I think it might have startled at least one cat because it settled in its usual spot last night. If they work I will get more. It's very thin plastic. Reminds me of the flimsy plastic containers that takeout food comes in. I thought they were fatter. However, I wouldn't want to walk on them barefoot, although I think they would crush under human weight. They are light and therefore need to be fixed. I put…
