These little plastic mats are very easy and cheap to use, but they work well. Although they seem a bit overpriced for what they are. There is something similar in the supermarket for €10. However, since I don't have to leave the house, the $20 I paid for the 8-pack was worth it. have more weight and are less likely to slide off the surface. Either that or add a non-slip, durable layer on the bottom. I know rugs have small screw holes around the edges, but if I'm trying to protect the surface from cats, I probably don't want to put screws in them either. Overall 4 out of 5 stars. If the price goes back down to $20 I might even buy 8 more packs.
