I used a cheap foam palm rest on my K2 and since the home office is so heavily used these days decided to upgrade. I ordered from Revain instead of Keychron due to fast shipping, but it looks like they could be repaired or modified in some way. The first item I received had four small felt feet. I would have held on, but two of my feet were already slipping. One was completely lost in my office. This was unacceptable for a completely new post. I noticed the problem in my replacement request and now the legs look completely different. I believe the original object must have had the two large legs that came with my second device pictured here. If yours doesn't look like this, request an exchange. I docked stars for this trick.
