My daughter has a sensory processing disorder and finds sneakers to be quite uncomfortable. She wears river sandals and fuzzy boots (like uggs) only. I saw these and figured the "socklike" top would be more comfortable for her. She needs something for gym class.She loves them and wears them every single day! They're also super cushioned and comfortable on her flat foot (no arch atba) & definitely seem like they'd be great for a high arch as well. They're almost like memory foam inside but seems even sturdier than that.I am just relieved that we found something she can wear to school all day and not have to worry about her feeling uncomfortable and unregulated the whole school day. She is so happy with these and they fit true to size. We will order these in the next size up when she grows out of them. We're THAT happy with them.
