I was skeptical how this would help me but I needed to correct my posture and was desperate. It took me a few days to get used to it, but only because it was so natural for me to lean back in a hunched position while sitting and walking. I'm tall and lanky. As I got older I got severe back pain and I always thought it was my shoes. After my desperate attempt to try everything to find pain relief. Low and that was due to my bad posture and this thing was a godsend. This brace is comfortable to wear and has helped me tone my shoulders and strengthen my lower back. As I wore it so many times, I actually imagined how I could correct my posture when I wasn't even wearing it. It's easy to hide under your clothes when you want to wear it to work.
