Does not make you sweat well and smells like whatever product smell it has.
I was disappointed with this and do not recommend.It does not nearly produce half the amount of sweat I got from a belt one I got from TJ Maxx.The only thing I like is that it had more coverage than the belt, but it was a waste of money since it doesn't work well in producing sweat.I would stick to a belt one you find for cheaper.It also has a funny product smell that it came with.
