Excellent Service, Great People behind It
The customer service at africom was exceptional as usual from their team! They were always willing to help me with anything that I needed assistance in.I have been using this ISP for about 4 years now without any issues so far. This is one of my favourite internet providers because they provide great value products compared to others out there. Nothing really bad or good things to say here but just keep it running smoothly like its doing right now! Their support staff are helpful and reliable too if you need them anytime. Its pretty much your go-to provider when looking into Africa's best ISPs. Pros
- Great network performance especially over wifi, which i find better than cable broadband speeds sometimes even faster.
- Easy signup process once registered via sms verification phone number/ email address provided then simply follow up steps by completing online account details form
- Good coverage all across South African coastline areas (Gautrain stations)
- Excellent 24hr tech call back availability very responsive whenever called upon within SOWETA region
