I ordered this for myself while my daughter wore one to help correct her posture. When I'd remind her to sit up straight or that she was hunched over her phone, she would remind me that I don't have perfect posture either. So, we're both working on it. I like how you can adjust it quite a bit so it can be tightened for a petite frame or be let out to allow for weight gain or someone else to try or borrow. It is more comfortable than I would have expected and although I can't wear it all day (and didn't plan on it), I can wear it for a few hours without an issue. Wearing it makes me more aware of hunching over and it makes sitting/standing up straight much easier when it's off.
