The product is well made. When I tried to do the first run I had an issue trying to get it to work. I contacted technical support. They responded quickly, were very friendly and told me how to fix the problem. This is a touchscreen, or you can use the touchpad to the right of the screen. It is very easy to use and navigate through the menu. It shows your battery voltage graph in real time. I like the report that comes out after the parser has done its job. This report can also be emailed to a mechanic for printing or for further assistance with a problem. I recommend this product.
