The ease of use is what I like best about this product. It's very simple to set up an account with them as well as sending documents through their platform! Sometimes they can be slow in responding when you send something for assistance but it only takes 1-2 days before someone gets back to you so that isn't too much of a problem. We've been able to have our customers sign contracts using the document scanning feature which helps us save time by not having to print copies or mail hard copy agreements out.
