Tend makes it easy manage customer account information

I like how this program can be used with multiple phone numbers for different clients without having to setup each number separately which would make sense but not necessary because of all the features you get once installed! The interface could use some work in general but other than that everything works well so far. This has saved our business money by reducing paper usage significantly and we are able to send large files at times too from one location to another saving us trips back an…

Very user friendly for both sending/receiving & transmitting

I work as a fax machine operator. I love the XM Fax because it is so easy to use and it is a very stable machine. I can use it as a standalone machine or as a fax-to-email solution. I use it to send and receive faxes. I have to use it to send faxes to customers. I also use it to send faxes to the company. I like the ease of use and the fact that it works with my phone number, not just an extension. It's so much easier to use than other solutions. The only thing I dislike about it is the fact…

Good alternative way transmitting digital content

The best thing about this product is its simplicity in use. I can send an image directly from my computer to any device attached with this application without having to save them first for later usage. There's no hassle of saving photos since they're automatically saved when you open your document. So far so good but one issue i noticed was that sometimes if I'm sending more than two images at once or too many files are selected to attach there might be some lag between clicking each file…

A great way keep business flowing: XM Fax

The ease of use and the ability to send faxes from any device. It's very reliable and I never have issues with my emails being delayed for hours. Sometimes, there are problems when you're trying to receive an email, but it's usually resolved quickly. There are some free features that you can't access until after your subscription has been purchased. You should definitely try this product out! XM Fax - Simplest way with great experience

The best thing I like about this product is how simple it works when you are trying to send emails through it. It does not have too many features but if you want something basic then this will solve your issues. There are times when my phone would get disconnected from our network which caused me some trouble in sending an email at those moments.
