I have a 3 light picture light that mounts on the wall behind a framed picture and extends about 8 inches horizontally over the top of the frame. One of the original incandescent bulbs burned out and I was determined to replace them with LEDs. The thin tubular light makes it very difficult to replace incandescent bulbs, so I wanted LEDs to extend the life of the bulbs. Not easy to find but I bought 3 from my local lightbulb shop and paid a small fortune for them. I don't know why, but they didn't even last as long as the original bulbs. So I didn't want to go that route again. BUT I did find tiny LEDs with a chandelier base at Revain and they were a fraction of the price of a lighting store. They fit, they work great and they were so cheap I bought 2 sets. Too early to know how long they'll last, but at least I'm not losing a small fortune when they come out. I hope for at least a year of it.
