Its small size is a plus, works better than expected.

Quick and easy installation in Chevy Avalanche plastic window trim. The mounting plate that came with the gauge was not used. Works perfectly! No more guesswork like a factory display on a dashboard, sometimes high, sometimes centered on the dial. Estimated cost of factory gauge repair $200 plus round trip shipping and no truck use for 2-3 weeks. It was the best decision! I installed the gauge in less than 1/2 hour. And it looks great too.
