I will update after we wash the sheets 2nd or 3rd time. But so far they are great! We live where it's very cold and we don't like to use the stove unless it's necessary. The fire usually burns out before morning and when we get up it gets cold again which makes these sheets absolutely perfect. They fit well, which is good (as long as they don't tear when you try to put them on). . For reference, we have a 10" King Tuft & Needle mattress. I wash all sheets and towels in HOT water, so it might just be a shrinkage. I also dry sheets and towels in HOT water. Yes, you're going to need lots of fabric softener, haha they get static from the dryer so far the seams have not unraveled and the sheets have not stuck together after the 1st wash we have been sleeping on it for 2 nights now and we are sleeping 2 nights better lately than we have in a long time my cats refuse to leave my bed. We also have a heated duvet and duvet. absolutely perfect and I don't want to get up haha! The pillowcases are very narrow and long. I don't know if a big pillow fits in. But my husband loses in the middle of the night always his pillowcase and we have standard memory foam pillows very tight on the long edge and we put the end in the hole to "close" it it works! train was left behind for the last 2 nights. I am very impressed with these sheets so far as we have been wanting flannel for a long time. Again, I'll let you know when we wash them again to let you know if they've held up.
