Good but not great.
The mounting surface itself is not as large as a standard license plate, allowing the edges of your state license plate to sag and flex. The device protrudes quite a bit from the bumper, which can be a problem when washing a car or other places where it can get caught. This eliminates the need to use your braces. I'll try it in a different position or cut it into pieces to use elsewhere.
