Received this to replace a mount for my SMH10 that was damaged in a fall. I didn't seem to want to play well with my SMH10, so I tried a friend's machine they loaned me. The audio is terrible. I can't turn the volume up more than 1/4 to 1/3 before distortion and clipping starts, like old blown speakers. At full volume you will only hear BWW BWWB BWW. Completely unintelligible and at low volume when the audio is clear it's not loud enough to be heard on a bike. This is the third Sena product this month that has disappointed me and I think I'm done with it. It's time to give up and switch to another brand.
