I like how easy it is for me as an employee or employer alike find other's profiles which makes searching easier than before! It also helps when you're looking at resumes because there are so many options compared with previous platforms where only certain types were available such us academic qualifications etc..

There can be more improvement but this isn't too bad overall especially if its free!! You get all sorts from different countries within your own country plus people outside our borders who live here now - great way round finding someone suitable/relevant without having them come over just yet. Theres nothing i dislike really about bayts although some may say that they would prefer things done differently egs; make profile pages less detailed rather leave out information unless asked otherwise? But still good platform even though not perfect maybe adding filters could help??
