Def size up best in my review

Arms fit fine but def runs smaller in the chest and abdomen. I’m not super fat, but I do have a little chunk to me. I typically can wear large to xl. I bought an xl in this before and was super big. Tried the large and def is a lot smaller. They do not stretch well at all. lol I’m making it work, but I will not be wearing these by themselves, only under my scrubs.

I work in a medical testing lab where it is always cold so wanted something to wear under my scrubs for extra warmth. These are warm and not bulky, plus easy to wash and dry ready for the next day. I plan to order more colors!
