Works on my 2003 Chevy Blazer 4.3, but note that this doesn't seem to apply to later models that came with an MPFI spider, but earlier models that came with a spider CPFI and poppet valve . valves. Fitting the top of the injector body through the intake manifold plenum was very tight on my '03, but it fits without damaging anything. Once inside they really work - I've driven the truck about 20,000 freeway miles since installing it. The easiest way to get the old injectors out is to remove the lower intake manifold and push it back out of the holes. Otherwise it took a lot of hard work and a lot of curiosity.
