Flicker trouble code for tahoe, doesn't even fit in the housing and even got into the headlight housing

Very bright white light not orange and the trouble code came on and flashed quickly these front blinder lights. When I tried to pull it out the bulb fell into the case so I had to buy a magnetic handle to fish it out which took 2 hours. Once I pulled the bulb out the bulb was lost somewhere under the engine so I can't get the bulb back, bought the factory bulbs and they work fine.
