This collar was introduced to me by a friend who has a Great Dane. I was very impressed by this collar and bought it for our Weimareiver. What I particularly like about this collar is that it CANNOT come off the dog. Unlike clips, it is similar in function to an old-fashioned metal training collar. The problem I found with the metal collar was that you didn't want it on the dog all the time and I would only like to take it with me for a walk. This collar is a durable fabric version of the training collar. I no longer have to worry about those quick walks and make sure I have a training collar in my car. I would and will buy this collar again.
