A really necessary purchase, I'm glad I found this product.

As for the overclocking potential - my copy takes up to +150 on the core (unstable, you can pass some benchmarks) and + 120MHz is stable for games. The final frequency is above 2 GHz and averages 2040 MHz, 2115 MHz in benchmarks, if the GPU has not had time to warm up and the boost is maximum. 3DMark results: 22k Graphics score in Time Spy in the air - great result!
For lovers of silence and comfort, it is possible to lower the default PL to 80% while maintaining + 120 MHz. At the same time, the frequencies and performance are the same as from the factory, consumption is around 330-350 watts with complete silence even at night - the cooling of the card does an excellent job with this. At the same time, the rpm curve is custom (1700-1800 rpm), GPU temperatures are around 67-70 degrees.

One of the best and fastest version of 3090 on the market: 17 phases on the GPU and 4 on VRAM, the first ones also with an increased operating frequency - 500 kHz versus 300 for younger models (Ventus, Trio) - greater stability of the GPU power supply, better frequencies at the same voltage; good memory cooling, no more than 100 degrees at 450 PL, for other 3090s it reaches 110C or more at lower PL, if you set the standard on the card around 370, it will be about 94C with quiet operation of the turntables; the best GPU cooling among the 3090 in air, with a normalized curve, it even does FE with a weight of 2.2 kg, which is surprising - proofs in its review on techpowerup. Com; high frequencies from the factory and power limit (1860MHz and 420W) - a good advantage for those who like to set and forget without climbing into MSI Afterburner (although I strongly advise you to do this always); beautiful adjustable backlighting, both for fans and for the backplate - the card can be placed vertically with the help of a riser and will look normal; good kit in the form of a mouse pad and a card holder (which is very desirable, because the card weighs 1.9 kg), unlike other vendors who put useless stickers and figurines, or nothing at all but waste paper.

Cons

The price and availability of this version on the market (they import literally one at a time). ate:Recently appeared on free sale, but at an absolutely inadequate price, so we can say that they are not there :( The card is quite long, so it won't fit into every middle tower, besides, 420 W of heat must be removed in time, which requires a spacious and ventilated case. The card, despite the presence of ventilation holes at the back, does not at all blow heat out of the case itself, even on 90% of the turntables (there was a 1080Ti from Gigabyte before it, there was a noticeable hot air flow).
