I have purchased this item twice. The first time I thought I did something wrong to make him defat. The second time was proof it wasn't worth the money. I stuffed the pillow full and bowed my head. Half an hour later he almost passed out. I inflated it again and after a few minutes it was almost completely deflated. I threw it away as soon as I got off the plane.
