I have a 4 year old who loves ice cream. I bought one of those Yonanas/Banana ice cream makers so at least he's eating the healthier version. These little containers save lives. You are the perfect portion. You don't have to leave a liter of ice on the counter to thaw. He can take his little cup, let it thaw, and eat it after a few minutes. I don't have to worry about the big container being overlooked and gone. Even in a larger container, constant thawing and freezing can cause freezer burns. If I'm making too much ice the silicone lid comes in handy because it stretches a little at the top, I find it more forgiving when I overfill. I like that it can be washed in the dishwasher. If you're the type of person who eats a lot of ice cream at once, this isn't for you [unless you're trying to control portions]. I love this product. I order 2 sets. I don't like making lots of little ice creams, I prefer to stock up and not make it for a few weeks. They are great, well made and durable, I really can't think of anything negative. I think I wish there were more lid colors to choose from because we tend to make a lot of different flavors at once and that would make it easier to tell them apart.
