I bought this for an Apple Pencil (2nd generation). I'm traveling by plane and don't want to open my carry-on bag to find a broken pencil or lost tip. This may sound like an exaggeration, but I'm very happy with this case - it's excellent! It feels like it's made from the same premium material as the Apple Pencil. It is VERY strong and closes securely with a crisp click! The 2nd generation pencil fits well and does not kink in the body. It's thinner than I expected, only 2-3mm thicker than the pencil. If you are looking for a practical and high-quality solution to carry your Apple Pencil with you, then you have found it!
