Stretch prep balm was a disappointment

I ordered the in shower bump & body lotion and the stretch prep balm. I am deeply disappointed with the stretch prep balm. It arrived so dried up that I can't use it. Even my husband can't squeeze it out. Won't be ordering it again. That being said, I haven't had any issues with the in shower bump and body lotion.
