Strange taste but works well.
I react very badly to any kind of mint, so I tried it. It cleans really well and you can use less as they say, but I just don't like the taste. Taste is such a personal thing that other people find it perfectly acceptable. I'm sure it's good for you because Aruvedic methods have existed in India for many centuries and have a large following.
