Ordered two sets first, one for each kitchen stool on the island. Then we ordered six more sets – one for each dining chair. The original kits lasted nine years! We're not sure if they're from the same manufacturer, but quality felt is thicker so they should last at least as long. They are very easy to install. All you need is a hammer. (If you remove the previous set like we did, you'll need a flathead screwdriver to pry off the old set first - easy!) No nails required. The discs have small, round pieces of sharp metal that need to be driven right into the base of the chair leg. Simply center the disc, hold lightly and drive into the base of the chair legs. The price is right. A great way to protect hardwood floors, laminate floors or just old linoleum. Feel free to buy them.
