I like that it allows users to see who's online at all times, even if they are not currently viewing their own profile page (which can be helpful for those needing assistance with something). It also has an easy interface which makes adding new rooms simple! The only thing I dislike about this software would have to do with its limited support options as well as lack of flexibility when creating custom themes or plugins. This limits our ability to create more customized experiences using different types of templates we'd prefer without having to pay additional fees to upgrade the service plan offered by hotscripts pro chatrooms. We're able solve some problems related to managing team communication through internal chats while allowing members outside of work hours into separate private chatting spaces available 24/7 during normal business hours.
