Description of Vaadin

Vaadin is the only framework that allows you to write UI in plain Java. Additionally, you can create layouts in HTML or with a visual designer. All the application logic resides securely on the JVM. The programming model based on components and events is similar to many traditional UI frameworks. You can work in the same familiar language, with the development and testing tools you already use.

Very good, interactive environment with helpful community

I like how easy it was for me as someone who has never used java before (in fact i'm not even sure what an object really IS)to learn this platform very quickly! It's also great because its open source so there are lots of other people learning about vaadins benefits too which makes things easier when getting help from others online forums etc.. If nothing else just try using some examples - they're free at their website!! There isn't anything specific but if u get stuck then ask questions here

Pros
  • Easily understandable tutorial videos
  • Tutorials were helpful to follow along with while beginning my journey in Java programming.
  • Free tutorials available, including ones geared towards beginners or those completely new
  • The ability use multiple IDEs without any complications
Cons
  • Not the best

A Full Stack Web Framework - Great Experience

I liked that it's a full-stack framework. It's easy to use and I can easily integrate it with other frameworks like Angular. I dislike that it's a little bit old and the documentation is not up-to-date. I would suggest to use it if you are looking for a full-stack framework. I was using a front-end framework, Angular. I realized that I had to add some features to my application and I needed to integrate them with my back-end. So I decided to use Vaadin, which is a full-stack framework so it…

Pros
  • Full stack development environment.
  • Rich set libraries available in Java language very helpful when building user interface components within enterprise projects or business websites (eCommerce). It provides all basic requirements without coding much effort required during implementation phase.it allows developers do everything manually just putting HTML code inside jsp page instead writing codes at backend side..easy way out there..very handy tool! :)
Cons
  • Some disadvantages

Very simple and quick way outsource dev work

I like how easy it was for me as an inexperienced developer (with no previous experience)to get up-and running quickly using this product - its main benefit being speed of implementation! We are solving one business problem at present; which has been achieved through implementing different web applications/screens within our system. We do not have any complaints about vaadins functionality so far but we will continue working closely together over time until all issues related to integration into

Pros
  • The fact that you can build something really quick without having lots of java coding knowledge, or expensive tools required is what makes VAADIN great because most people who come with new ideas should be able too use such software easily if they just know Java basic concepts only
Cons
  • Some little things

Good alternative if Firebase doesn't work

I like that it's easy to get started and build an app quickly. I think it's a little bit buggy. I've had problems with loading pages and getting data from a database. I've been able to solve these issues by using their support forums. It's not as intuitive as other platforms out there so it's better to have someone who has used it before help you along. If you are looking for a quick way to get an MVP up and running. This is probably the best option I've found. I'm solving two things at once…

Pros
  • Allowed me easily integrate into one project both frontend GUI application development &backend Java EE web applications devlopment in Spring Boot.Ease working within JVM environment , but less flexibility when dealing wth platform dependencies suchs sas/joda time etc.Good UI customization via css /less styling files which make themeing easier compared similar frameworks
Cons
