Extremely poor quality - bottle spoiled in a month

This top after a month of very light use. I always made sure the top coat was always in perfect condition and fully sealed, and yet it looked like a sticky goo when opened. I paint my nails for free to make them look gross later; I immediately had to scrape off the nail polish. I'm disappointed with Revain because I don't have an option to exchange it because I just missed the return day, but I can't use it again.
