This is the closest thing I've found to The Perfect Eye Palette. I have tried many, liked a few and loved even fewer (Urban Decay Naked, Too Faced Semisweet Chocolate Bar). But this one is, by far, the best. Beautiful colors -- all of which I actually use instead of just four or five out of the entire palette. Mattes are not too chalky, and shimmers are not too glittery. Blendable, highly pigmented, and very, very flattering. In my opinion, the only way this palette could be improved is to swap out one of the medium browns (suede or cafe) for a plum shade. I love this palette so much that when my original got all broken when I accidentally dropped the case, I immediately ordered a replacement. I might order another one in case it ever gets discontinued. A total winner!
