When I insert an SD card into the reader to view photos and videos from my game camera, it initially worked for about a week - shortly after that only about half of the items are real visible when connected to the laptop. I could tell it's because when I went to my property to view the items manually from the device itself, it said I had X photos and videos, proving the reader is only capturing a small portion of it what really happened. on the card itself. A few days after that, the reader won't read any videos or pictures from my SD card, and in fact it's now deleting or erasing all items from my SD card. I know this because I did the same thing I mentioned above, went back to my house and looked at photos and videos. In this particular case, there were 76 items per night that I wanted to look at on my laptop at my house. When I went to plug it in hoping that before I could unplug and plug it back in and mess around with it somehow to show at least some of the video and images I found nothing, no null items were showing then I left to plug it card back into my spy camera and the spy camera itself said no items, this happened 3 times in total and i am very frustrated and i will never get what was lost. This device is clearly made of cheap materials and, to me, is utter rubbish. Now I'm forced to go into town to see if I can find a more expensive option, even if it's cheap online, here I strongly recommend staying away from it. from this product as it has permanently deleted my items from my SD cards. In all my years of buying stuff like this, I've bought cheap stuff and bought more expensive stuff that lasts a little longer no matter what I've bought in the past. I've never come across anything that permanently removes entries from the inserted SD card is completely ridiculous!
